Nah Ha 602 was the perfect place for our family's Christmas vacation this year. Everything about the condo was accommodating and luxurious. The space is very large, and we never found ourselves (5 adults) in each others way. The kitchen was very well appointed, and very easy to use. There is even bottled water dispensed through the refrigerator, so refreshing purified drinking water was always available. The tap water in the condo is also purified, so we didn't have to worry about special water for brushing our teeth or making ice cubes. My daughters (not wanting to forgo tradition) wanted me to make a special garlic cheese dip we always have on Christmas Eve, and after searching the Chedraui for a baking dish with no luck, we came back to the condo and actually found what I needed already in the kitchen! The furniture was very comfortable. Many a morning or late afternoon you would find one of us relaxing on the comfortable living room couches just reading a book. Every room in the condo is very well appointed with custom furniture and art. The water views from the bedrooms and living room are stunning! Both the master bedroom and the living room have sliders that lead to the balcony with it's own comfortable furniture for dining or relaxing in a chaise. This was the perfect place to watch the cruise ships come and go, and especially to watch the magnificent sunsets each night. We used the balcony alot, and never felt like our privacy was infringed upon by other people in the building. The bathrooms and closets are very well appointed and the water pressure was great. The condo has a nice TV and DVD player, but we never turned it on. We did hook up our IPod to the audio equipment so we could listen to our music through that. There is even a library of books in the condo. If you finish yours you can leave it and take one from the library in exchange!
The owner has spent a great deal of time putting together resource binders with information on the Beach Clubs, Beach Bars, and Restaurants located all over the island. I enjoyed giving our comments on the different restaurants we frequented while there. The pool is very refreshing, with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas if you feel the need to retreat from the sun for awhile. The condo has lots of coozies, soft sided coolers, and ice packs for traveling beverages that we used at the pool and on our trips to the east side beaches. The snorkeling was awesome right off the condo, too.
The maid service was great, and Isabella, the manager, made herself available for any reason. She lives right next door, so we saw her around the building alot. The condo does have a parking spot in the parking lot, but you wouldn't need a car for the whole time you were here. We found it easy to catch a cab from Nah Ha to town each evening for dinner and back again.
Nah Ha 602 was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was the perfect place for a wonderful family vacation,

Our trip to Cozumel was amazing as was Nah Ha. Everything was perfect. Isabella, the manager, had been there just before we arrived to ensure all was in order. The two weeks went much too quickly. The condo was really lovely and was one of the "perks" of the trip. It was clear to us that the owners have put a lot of time and effort into Nah Ha and our family really appreciated being able to spend our vacation at Nah Ha.

We were really pleased with the island itself. The people we met were friendly and helpful and the restaurants and shopping fit the bill very nicely. We were pleasantly surprised about the overall cleanliness of the island. Having travelled extensively in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and Northern Mexico, were expecting alot less.

The owners have compiled a large binder on tips for exploring the island and restaurant reviews. It was extremely helpful and on their advice, we did rent a car, but for only one day, for one day to explore the other side of the island. Without their good advice, we would have rented a car for the full 2 weeks and it would have sat in the parking space outside, as it was so much easier to use a taxi.

I would like to also say a word of praise about Isabella. She was very helpful in arranging side trips we had wanted to do, ie snorkling (excellent), scuba intro for our children (awesome), deep sea fishing (Ian caught a marvelous sailfish and we had an excellent day) and Chitchen Itza (not worthwhile seeing as there is no real interpretation). There was a note awaiting us on our arrival, she came in person the next day and was there on our last day to say goodbye. We also saw here several time throughout the week as she was over checking with the staff of Nah Ha. A very warm, pleasant and helpful person. We were very impressed with how well the building
was looked after, seeing the cleaning staff busy at work every day. They were even there to say good bye to us as we left in the early hours of the morning!

Very happy we chose Nah Ha and Cozumel

We had seen the on-line photos of 602 and were expecting a very nice vacation spot, but could not in our wildest dreams have anticipated what we saw upon entering for the first time--a stunning, panoramic view of the ocean and mainland, accompanied with blessed air-conditioning. Next, we noticed the top-of-the-line furniture and accent pieces, and especially the original art work--all very beautiful and professionally coordinated. Most impressive was the bedroom at night with the curtains open--the lights of Playa del Carmen and Cancun across the water, and what has to be the most comfortable mattress in the world. We haven't slept that good in years! Then, waking up in the AM to see the Cruise ships heading into port. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. There was a plethora of things to see and do, or as in our case mostly enjoying the cool breezes on the balcony or lounging at the pool. The kitchen was very modern and well-equipped and the 3 1/2 baths were luxuriously appointed. The comprehensive local guidebook provided by the owners was particularly helpful in selecting places to see and restaurants to visit. Saved us hours of time and wasted effort. In summary, a wonderful vacation in a luxury condominium. Looking forward to a return visit.
