My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights July 2013. We really loved this place. I researched it pretty thoroughly ahead of time, so I knew not all rooms had AC. Since that is important to me, I specifically requested the Mango room which is a mini-suite and has air conditioning. It also has a kitchenette/sitting room, and an enormous patio area. The room is clean and spacious. Although, the pillows on the bed are about due to be replaced. The breakfast is cooked and changes pretty much every day. Coffee, juice, an entree, and a pastry. A perfect start to the day. Since it's Mexico we also enjoyed the usual lizard roommates. :-) Memo was very helpful during the booking process and helped us book our car. We booked with Avis at the airport. If you book with them through Memo print out the pricing and confirmation number. It took me 45 min of haggling at the counter to get them to the quoted price, and the printed e-mail was the key. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to just about anywhere downtown. You can walk to the Mega store from there as well. I can't say enough good things. We will be back.
