We have been to the beautiful island of Cozumel several years now and the ONLY place I recommend to stay is at Villas Ixchel. The accommodations are inviting and always spotless. The owner, Roswitha, is the most wonderful host you could ask for; better than any concierge at a five-star hotel. Her recommendations for restaurants, scuba diving, shopping, etc. have been right on. Roswitha makes you feel like family. We have had many great times and the most interesting conversations around the patio in her beautiful, lush garden. I will be back in May and I'm looking forward to my next relaxing visit to Cozumel.

Roswitha and the Villas Ixchel a haven of cleanliness and privacy! My husband and I so enjoyed our stay with Roswitha! I strongly recommend new Cozumel visitors, as well as seasoned travelers to visit Roswitha's web site before making hotel reservations elseware. Roswitha has a weath of knowledge about the Island, and graciously shares the commings and goings with her guests. Divers as well as snorklers will LOVE this woman!!! She is so wise, and her personality will tickle your hearts! I look forward to my next stay , and my next, and my next with Rosi and the Villas Ixchel.... This is a place that you must not overlook!

I enjoyed a wonderful stay with Villas Ixchel on Cozumel and can only recommend the warm welcome and nice atmosphere. The rooms are clean, nicely furnitured, centrally located and a big bargain. Besides that Cozumel offers excellent diving spots, beautiful beaches and a lot of cultural attractions. I am looking forward to my next stay with Villas Ixchel on Cozumel.
