This was our first stay in Cozumel and Kathy and Dale did an exceptional job in making it a pleasant experience. From the wonderful breakfast to the gorgeous well kept property.

We stayed at the Casita and found it to be a quite large, room for 4. The grounds were beautiful from tropical flowers to tropical birds and wildlife abounding.

They do a wonderful job at making each person feel like family.
We will miss the nights under the starry sky listening to Dale's "stories."

A stay at the Baldwin's B& B will be your most wonderful fantasy of "Cared For ".
Bed's, Pillows and Linens of the finest quality. Clean to pristine in all aspects from house, rooms, pool and flowering gardens.
Add a very amiable and generous couple Dale & Kathy Gardner, giving you trust to share in their dream. "To provide an oasis for you to relax and unwind ". The freshest of fruits, yogurt, hearty foods and the best coffee in the world!! You can only hope to have this experience again in your life and often.
The gardens are flowering with orchids, hybiscus, bougainvilla, bromeliades and cactus, among the palms. Visits of Hummingbirds all day long and sphinx moths at dusk are part of the on going entertainment.

We stayed at the casita for a week with our two young daughters (ages 5 and 3). Everything was perfect. As cited by other reviewers, the place is spotless and the breakfasts were absolutely fabulous. We also really appreciated the happy hours/honor bar and the tips on the less touristy beaches/restaurants. My daughters had a great time! They loved the animals and flowers on the property. The younger one turned three while we were there, and Dale and Kathy let us have a little party for her there with a pinata!

Our family of 7 adults spent a week at Christmas at Dale and Kathy's. Without a doubt, it's the best place we have ever stayed, and we have traveled to several countries and stayed in a whole range of accomodations. Because it is small, you really feel more like you're staying in a luxury home complete with amazing food, internet access, inside information on renting a car and where to scuba or the best beaches or restaurants. Both Dale and Kathy are exceptional people. Judging by all the other reviews and our own experience, they must treat each guest as if he or she is the most important person ever to visit. They both would go above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I want to go back!!!
