This is the second year we've stayed at the Baldwin Guest House, and generally, we don't stay at the same place twice. Simply stated, it is a wonderful place. The folks who run it, Dale and Kathy, are down-to-earth and extremely helpful. They coordinated sailing, snorkeling, and car rentals, and they pointed us toward the best restaurants in town. Not that we needed to eat much outside of the outstanding breakfasts provided at their house. Our mornings included a breakfast in the garden of fresh fruit, yogurt, pasteries, and several hot options. My personal favorite is the pulled pork, fresh-from-the-garden salsa, and eggs on homemade tortillas.

This place can't be beat! All the rooms are lovely and extremely clean. We travel a lot, and this guest house is at the top of our list to visit year after year.

I'm a traveling sales guy, when I vacation, I want to get a true feel of a town......and I want to feel like I'm safe and secure.

Don't just visit Cozumel, experience the town. Stay in a place where you're afraid to miss breakfast, because you know it was made just for you - the way you want it.

Baldwin Guest House - it's family, right away. I never locked my door.

Suggestion: if it rains, don't get upset, sit outside and watch the turtles come to life. Don't worry about planning any small details for what to do when you get there, Dale and Kathy will give you all the best options from where to eat to where to dive.

The only downside was the place was so clean I was afraid to leave any mess.

All the great things written about the Baldwin House on this board are true. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay in Cozumel and especially at the Baldwin House. Dale and Kathy were excellent hosts; they helped set-up our rental car, a sailing excursion, scuba, and multiple restaurant recommendations with people/companies that were trustworthy. The breakfasts were great, the flora and fauna on the grounds were great (loved the turtles), the room (private casita) was great, the company of Dale and Kathy and the other guests was great . . . I recommend this place without reservation.

Kathy and Dales's Baldwin House provided an oasis of warmth, hospitality, and friendliness that will always be the highlight of our stay in Cozumel. The breakfasts were a delicious and relaxing way to start every day. Very quickly, and with the other guests, we felt like we were with old friends, enjoying great conversation and lots of laughter. The Baldwin House is immaculately clean, comfortable, and a sunny place to visit. We would highly recommend staying at the Baldwin House to anyone thinking of visiting Cozumel.
