Our new name is in a new facet of re-organization. In this re-organization we assumed the operation on December 01, 2007 with the purpose of having as priority focusing in the quality that we offer to our guests.

We would like to let you know that we read your valuable comments in the trip advisor; we want to thank you for taking a moment to write us. We would like to extend my sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay at the hotel; our more important objective is to obtain the total satisfaction over guest of honor.

We are the first persons who worry to obtain a satisfaction completely from our guest. We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention; we have taken all necessary actions in Maintenance department about the air conditioned and we are implementing trainings our chefs and waiters to improve the service to avoid these types of problems in the future.

Valuable feedback such as yours gives us the opportunity to improve our services.

I hope you can give us a second chance in the further so we can show you that we can fill your expectations.

We just got back from Cozumel and loved every minute of it! Whe I say we I mean the 13 people in our traveling group who stayed at the resort for my wedding! We had people from 6 years to 75 years in our group and every one of them LOVED every minute of the vacation. As others say the beaches are rocky so you will need your water shoes, however you can walk down the way and find less rocky beaches. The mosquitoes do come out at night and the hotel sprays for them, but you will need your own spray.

Everyone on the staff was amazing! You have to realize when traveling to an island they are on island time, they do not rush around like we do in the US. They are more laid back and take their time.

Marzia the wedding coordinator was amazing, she had everything taken care of for me, all I had to do was go to the spa to get my hair done, put on my make up and get dressed. I loved that! The photographer was WONDERFUL! He was so great and fun we paid for him to say longer.

We stayed in the Junior Suite on the memebers side of the resort and the room was WONDERFUL! I would suggest to anyone to upgrade and stay there. The room was large enough that you did not feel all stuffy when you went back to your room.

Everyone loved the food, no problems with being sick. Our of 13 people you would think someone might get ill but we had luck on our side. The bartender in the main area at night made not so great drinks so we would stick with shots and beer.

Wonderful time can't wait to go back!!!!

Great 2 weeks at the Wyndham Cozumel. Stayed at the resort, previously called Reef Club, last year. More organized, more options for food with the Sabor side restaurant opened, very relaxing, and extremely comfortable. We stayed on the owners’ side, to the north of the main lobby. The manager, Christian, was able to adjust our room so to maximize the pleasure… Top floor, corner unit, wrap around patio, … and hot tub for some beautiful star gazing!
Great place to stay if you dive. Sand dollar dive company is at the northern end of property…. Very convenient! Leave dive equipment, they wash it, lock it up, and have it there for your next dive…. Can’t ask for any more…. Reef is improving after hurricane Wilma 3 years ago. All five days of diving were on boats with 7 or less divers on the boat and 1 or 2 dive masters doing the dive with ya.

Planning on being back again next year.

  • Liked — Availability to the reef and diving
  • Disliked — Need some updates, maid service unreliable on time to get to the room 8am one day 4 pm next

We had stayed at the Wyndam (formerly Reef Club) 3 years ago, and made plans to return 12/07 with some family this time. Our expectations were once again met and exceeded in a few areas. The resort staff was pleasant from the concierge to the hombres who collected garbage. The restaurant menus were superb...comparable to 4/5 star four course dinners. Portions were smaller, but we fat Americans need to take a hint. The buffet was acceptable with special kudos going to breakfast. Bring acua-socks if you want to go in the ocean...of course this is the place for diving (a 5 minute boat ride to world renowned Palencar Reef). Sand Dollar Sports is on-site for your diving accomodation or if you'd like a bit more special attention, find Ricardo Garcia of Dive Choice Mexico or contact me for more info.

This being our 6th visit to Cozumel, we have done our research on where to stay and what to do. The Fiesta on Sunday nights is a great local scene and you are welcome. If you are going to Cozumel for the first time, take a ride around the Island...the East side is SO different. Stop at Playa Palencar and enjoy yourself!

In our opinion, the Wyndam Resort is the best place to stay on the island.

We just returned yesterday & had a wonderful time staying at the Wyndham. The staff was excellent & catered to all our minute needs & made our stay a very memorable one. Our daughter who is 4 yrs old, enjoyed the kids club & activities provided so much that she wanted to extended our stay by one more week. The all-inclusive resort is the best deal for families as all your needs are catered for. The hotel is excellent in appearence & theme & a special thanks to the general manager, Alessandro Sttifani, who was there around the hotel & mingled with all guests with great pleasure & always looked after all guests. The food was good & there was always something for all kinds of tastes.
