the hotel was very good .staff was friendly always a smile for you.the room was clean and very cold. my husband and i did the all inclusive and we were both happy with the food and service.we will stay again!!!!!!!

Stayed at resort for one week all inclusive, rooms were clean and grounds were kept in great shape. The staff were very friendy and helpfull. I had read a number of poor reviews on the resort but was pleasently supprised when we arrived. Food was plentifull and fresh, alought by the end of the week my wife and I were tired of the selection. Breakfast by far was the best meal of the day, made to order omlettes with all the extras, just like home. Would recomend this resort keep in mind the price you are paying, good value for the money.

Thanks to Hotel Cozumel & Resort we had an excellent stay for 9 nights on the beautiful island of Cozumel. Thanks again to the friendly staff - especially Berta (the great omlette maker), Endrick, Cornelio and Javier. We had a morning buffet that included fresh made omlettes which were a great way to start the day of sight seeing. The water coolers outside our room sure came in handy.
We also purchased at Punta Sur a 7-day unlimited pass ($35) to Punta Sur $10, Chan Kannab Park $16 Discover Mexico $? and the Cozumel Muesum $3.50

We had no problem renting a car and driving around the island. Highly recommend to take a drive on the west side of the island to see the sights especially the blow holes the spurt out water when the waves come crashing in the rocks.

This was our 16th trip to Cozumel and probably our 10th stay at Hotel Cozumel (formerly Fiesta Inn). This is an excellent hotel for anyone looking for a decent, clean well managed hotel. It is now all-inclusive and this year the food was the best they have served in the past three years. We actually ate all our meals there and we were never disappointed. The drinks flow easily and were excellent. The staff can not be nicer and our room was clean, as were the hall ways. You can walk to town and back; less than a mile each way so no need to take a cab. One of the main supermercados is less than three blocks away so if you need anything just walk on over and pick it up. So what if it doesn't cost as much as Cozumel Palace. Save the money and fill up your gas tank when you get home.
