We stayed at the Palace for 8 days in mid May. It was the best vacation I ever had. Cozumel Palace was amazing. I stayed at the Moon Palace previously and the Cozumel Palace way outshines it. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best. The rooms were perfect, maids always checking in to see if you need fresh towels. The food was excellent at the Italian restaurant. Nachos, Margaritas and Daquiris poolside was great too. They wait on you hand and foot and are so courteous, friendly and polite. There is always some type of activity going on around the pool area if your interested or you can lay back and enjoy the weather. Snorkeling on site was great, they give you all the gear and you can do it all day if you want. The Palace has on site car rental, we rented a Jeep and drove the whole island which was awesome, highly recommend doing it. Plenty of excursions included in package well worth it to take advantage of it. The location is the best, walking distance to San Miguel. Good shopping and authentic Mexican restaurants. Did 4 dives with Living Underwater, very professional, small dive group, large capacity tanks, excellent diving. Overall I would recommend Cozumel as a great place to vacation and the Palace as definetely the place to stay if you go! Im definetly going back same time next year, cant wait!!!!

We just got back from a week at the palace. A few things to mention. The rooms are very nice but very loud (bring earplugs) The whole place is marble so everything echos through the halls. The views are incredible, beds hard. A few things we didnt like, the resort is not really kid friendly. I dont know if it was b.c we were in a big group but it took over 2 hours for each of our dinners which is not good when you are traveling with children. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The rest of the food was so so but the nachos and Guacamole (out by the pool) were AWESOME and they didnt skimp on the drinks at all. Try a blue hawaiian if you like Pina Coladas. I really liked the penne pasta. The snorkeling in front of the resort was awesome. I think we would return but for sure without the children. The staff was friendly and helpful. Have fun!!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the Cozumel Palace. We stayed there last year and were a little spoiled at being almost the only guests and having the staff to ourselves. Nothing to be disappointed about this year either. Plenty of staff to pamper you. The buffets were good and the restaurants were great! The nice thing about the restaurants at the Palace is you do not have to make reservations. Just decide which one you want to eat at when you walk up! Who wants to have to make plans on vacation?

The rooms are as beautiful and comfortable as ever! Nice comfy beds. The wireless internet worked flawlessly. The drinks are great and there is always someone to bring you one or make whatever you want or ask for.

The hotel staff is the most gracious and friendly staff I have encountered anywhere at any hotel. Everyone tries to help and make you happy! All of the employees speak english and if they don't understand they find someone who does. Of course they try and get you to speak in spanish, but it is all in good fun and a great learning experience.

They give you towel cards, but I cannot figure out why. Towels are everywhere. They do not care if you take them on a boat trip or wherever. After replacing all your room towels in the morning when they clean your room, they replace any used towels in the evening when they turn down the beds. Which is nice, since not much dries quickly in the humidity and you always have a dry one for the jacuzzi!! I have stayed at other hotels when they did not even have clean towels to give you in the morning when they cleaned, you had to wait till later, much less were willing to give you more in the evening. They also said you could take the snorkeling equipment with you on any trips, which is unlike most hotels I have encountered. They always act like someone is going to steal them or something. I bring enough stuff with me that I don't need to carry home hotel towels or snorkeling equipment and I appreciate not being made to feel that way. We did not even have to give a credit card when we checked in for safe keys, towel cards, etc. I think I have aways had to do this at other all inclusives. Feels nice to be trusted.

The Cozumel Palace is a step up from any other hotel we have stayed at in Mexico. I cannot imagine anything being better. Hard to think of anything they could improve on. Can't wait to go back and see all my friends again at the Palace! I am already planning the next trip.

We just finished a trip to the Cozumel palace May 2006. The rooms were excellent. The staff was good. The only disappointments were the poor choice and quality of food. Also the IS NO DIVING IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL as it is posted on several websites and there is no beach and even though the hotel is small the activities stay booked. However the Aqua Safari dive shop on site is one of the best i have ever used I highly reccomend them.
