“Very good!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 19, 2012

Paradise Beach is a great place to spend a day!
Price is reasonable, the beach is very clean and plenty of seats.
The food was very good, we ordered fish - grouper, and it was very tasty.
The drinks (for $5.50) were just ok and a bit expensive.
Snorkeling was good. The inflatables in the water for kids were very much fun.
I recommend this beach for a great fun for kids and a relaxing day for adults.

“Pricey for a family”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 18, 2012

Costs $8-11 for enough nachos to share. Lots of cheese on chips. Burritos were large and also could be shared. $5.50 for drinks was too expensive.

“After snorkeling the reefs ...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012

This is a great beach hang-out a few minutes from the cruise ship terminal area of Cozumel by taxi. It's $4 per person + tip to get there and nothing to walk in. The name suggests the place is its own beach, but it's really just the name of the bar, swimming pool and beach facility on a beach shared with other similar places, one after another. I thought this one was the most classy, clean and relaxing. The approach from the taxi drop off is very beautiful. Manicured lawns, palm trees, a massive tiki hut bar ... Keep walking to the beach where you come to a thatched roof beach bar and then the sand, chairs and umbrellas. Sit down and you will shortly be visited by an ultra-friendly waiter who will bring you food and drink that is very economical and good quality. The beach itself is quite nice although a little junky with floating icebergs and slides for kids. It won't keep you from enjoying the sun and sand and beautiful view, however. The water in Cozumel is crystal clear, as you will know from snorkeling and seeing the reefs and beautiful fish. If you want to jet ski or parasail, it's all here ... just walk up the beach a few paces and you'll find Mexican guides and vendors to cater to your every desire. Tee shirts, souvenirs and the like are also sold. My one criticism would be that it is a little more dense and crowded than I would have liked, but for a few hours of sunbathing and lunch, it was a great overall experience.
