Visited here on 11/23 for lunch. If you are visiting on a cruise (like me), this is how you get there: when you get off the boat, look for the giant Mexican flag in the distance. Walk to the flag and when you are standing directly in front of the flag, walk one block into town, and you're there. We ordered melted cheese (queso -- different from the Americanized version), sopes (3 round corn shells topped with shredded chicken, lettuce, cheese, and cream), chicken enchiladas en mole, conchinitas pibil (pork in a spicy sauce), tortilla soup, 4 Mexican Cokes, and a burger w/ fries (for my son). Enchiladas in mole were the best I've ever had. Everything else I'd rate as just "good." The tortilla soup wasn't a thin broth like I've often found in the U.S., but more of a spicy tomato soup with tortilla strips and avocado in it; I enjoyed it. Queso was different, but good. Our total bill was $47 and all I had were three $20 bills, so I gave it to our server (Manuel) and he pocketed the change without even asking. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it because he was friendly even though he didn't say much, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. Overall the place was good, but not great... except for the mole enchiladas, which were excellent.
