Fabulous beach area with very safe swimming for children. 4 good restaurants. Super clean restrooms throughout property. Friendly staff. We did have to ask 4 times for them to fill the minibar, but otherwise service was great.

We had the best trip I have ever had in my entire life!!! The beach was beautiful. Beautiful sunny hot weather every day. Excellent food at all the restaurants and exceptionally friendly staff at the hotel. This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The price was amazingly cheap. Booked through AllInclusiveOutlet.com. I can't wait to go back again as soon as possible. Nothing negative to say about this trip!!!

Viva Beach is a well kept facility. The staff is pretty nice however pretty ineffective. Our mini-fridge was down for three days until we walked a maintence person to the room to swap it out. The food was not anything special, the only decent restaurant was the brazillian steakhouse, and the service there was fantastic. It has a nice location, close enough to the madness that is Cancun, far enough that you don't hear it and can escape it. The hotel felt like a small step above a Hampton Inn on a wonderful strech of beach. It's a great overall value, below average price for an above average hotel, just don't expect the extra mile. Oh and the golf course at the Oasis is awful very short par 3, not maintained.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and I am really picky! The AC did not work too well we ended up going to Walmart to buy a fan, it helped. We had been promised a room with a balcony but never got it, the manager was very rude, seemed to never have time to talk to us. He walked around the hotel and just looked at people, refusing to talk. The remainder of the staff was great, very friendly. The food was O.K., not really anything spectacular but being an all inclusive this is what you expect. Hotel was close to everything we needed, were able to catch cabs when we needed without a problem. Always tell the cab driver what you are willing to pay, some of them jack up the price because they know you are Americans. The beach was great at the hotel and they always had a night time show.
