Not good if you preferr the busy-noisy Cancun Zona Hotelera night-life!
Also, please note the beach is excellnt for sun-bathing but not much for swimming.

The food was terrible, the worst all inclusive hotel I've ever been. The beach is horrible.

The hotel sucked.The beach water was muddy with seaweed everywhere. The hotel staff was friendly but very PUSHY... My camera was stolen off the patio.. If your on a budget "SAVE YOUR MONEY" then go to Cancun. The food was suppose to be all inclusive, but when I got there it wasn't.. That wasn't the problem after seeing the buffet i lost my appetite. The water in the room smell like sewage. It was AWFUL...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the most part every review about this place is absolutely correct. There was an ant problem--luckily our A/C worked fine and the water pressure was fine, but there were NO Activities throughout the day, the "Gym" consisted of (1) treadmill and (1) other machine and a weight bench (NO TV or anything) We ended up checking out of this hotel and checking into the Omni which is owned by the same person as this hotel. The water on beach IS "un-swimable" and there is a horrible fishy smell the moment you walk out even as far as the hotel pool. There is seaweed and rocks in the water so definately no swimming. The food was not too good, but we did have all-inclusive that goodness. The only thing I can really say to sum up this hotel is "you get what you pay for"!!! The room service was the best part of the entire hotel and the workers were ALL very friendly.
