Went in late April with my friend we're 21 and 22 and we had a blast we actually stayed at the grande palm beach but stayed most of the time at oasis palm. Our rooms in the grande we so clean!! Service for us was excellent...hint a smile goes a long way. Food was hit and miss though. If u want to relax and enjoy sun go there. Again remember its Mexico so u can't do the same comparison to Canada standards...but me and my girl are not hard to please so this was great and not a single bug in the hotel....but if u want to party hard, u might find this hotel a little boring as there's just a disco, but themes alcohol so make ur own fun

I know like many of you, I read the reviews and still went there thinking it will be better experience than others. I've been to Cancun many times and stayed in different resorts but I never, never had such a bad experience in my life. Oasis Palm has the worst customer service, the staffs were unfriendly and didn't care about their customers. I paid for a room with king size bed, since I'm on a vacation with my husband, I end up getting two double bed even though I paid extra money for it. Apparently I have to pay even extra money for the bed, which is already been paid for. The front desk did not even try to accommodate us with other option. It seemed like helping their paid customers are nuisance. The foods were ok, nothing spectacular. The rooms are small and old. But the beach was beautiful. That is the only saving grace for this hotel. I will not go back and I definitely would not recommend to anyone because of their customer service.

The Oasis Palm Hotel has terrible customer service, unfriendly staff/employees, a tiny, dirty beach, bad food, and small rooms. Additionally, the room I stayed in smelled of mold and the air conditioning unit was leaking so badly that my roommate and I had to use our towels to attempt to soak up the puddle of water that was ever-increasing in size on the floor of our hotel room.

The staff was incredibly rude, unprofessional, not helpful, and unpleasant. They made it seem like a chore to serve you a drink, answer a question, or even get a napkin for you.

I would have rather not gone on vacation than stayed here...

Rooms were dated, but the overall resort was alright. We were there for 7 nights, and had a good time except for items that were stolen from our hotel room in a 4 hour period. My iPhone was stolen as well as money from inside my wallet, which was inside of my purse, which was inside of my backpack, all zipped up and pressed between my luggage and the wall. My friend had all of his money taken from the bottom of his closed luggage bag. That'll teach us to not pay the $4 a day to rent a lock for the safe! Hotel management was not helpful, indicating that they would start an investigation and we would be contacted in 24 hours. 3 days later, still no word, and the front desk was no help. Looking at other reviews, I see that theft by staff is common. BE CAREFUL. Other than that, Victor and Raul at La Cantina on the resort are the BEST bar tenders!! My rating for "Service" is for the bar tenders and restaurant staff, NOT the management or front desk
