Tempo was the last restaurant my daughter and I visited at the beautiful Paradisus Melia Hotel. It was the perfect ending to our stay. We were greeted and seated at a lovely table in the trendy and contemporary setting. The dinnerware and glassware were standout beautiful. All this was very pleasant but the food and service were the stand out stars. Raul, our waiter, was attentive and helpful in making our choices. Carlos, the sommelier, brought our wine and presented it in a beautiful decanter reminiscent of a graceful bird. The Amuse Bouche was the fabulous beginning to the delicious and creative courses. The desert sampling was the perfect ending. No corners are cut here. Every need is anticipated and more than cared for.
