Description: Experience the delicious tastes of Mexican coffee and chocolate, direct from the plantation. In Ah Cacao, coffee, chocolate and vanilla are presented in all their mouth watering forms, from artisanal coffee drinks by skilled baristi, to soft, succulent, brownies baked daily. They even have have a range of chocolate body care products - you have to try the chocolate shampoo! And if you're concerned about your health, check out the cacao products with no added sweeteners. These give you all of the health benefits of cacao (antioxidants that fight aging, blood pressure reduction, increased mental acuity, etc.) without any sugar or artificial sweeteners. Best of all, thanks their fine-flavor criollo-type cacao, they taste great. The ancient Maya knew that cacao was something special when they began cultivating it thousands of years ago and you can enjoy their gift today at Ah Cacao. Don't forget to buy for your friends, family and pantry back home!

We stayed across from La Isla and enjoyed some delicious chocolate treats and coffee from Ah Cacao Chocolate Cafe. Loved the brownies and Mocha! The staff is very polite and friendly!

“If you love chocalate--come here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2013

This chocolate cafe is found in the La Isla shopping Village across from teh Westin Lagunamar resort. I had the Mocha Frappe and was hooked!! The design on the top of the beverage was of a bear. The Frappe tasted wonderful. This chocolate is not as sweet as American chocolate--which actually makes it better. Tip: Get the Visa coupon discount booklet at the mall information desk--you can get 2 Mocha Frappes for the price of one!! Enjoy

This had the best Mochas. Along with chocolate cake and cheesecake. Yummy. We stayed at the Westin Lagunamar and would run across the street to grab cheesecake every night. Yummy. The staff is VERY friendly.

“Coffee art ! Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013 via mobile

Glad I took up the suggestions and sought this out. Friendly efficient staff . I had withdrawal symptoms for a decent cup of real coffee after the brown water served in the hotel and I wasnt disappointed. A good coffee is an art and these guys take the biscuit. Free wifi internet is a bonus. Not cheap but worth it. I paid 70 pesos for a double expresso and a mocca . You can also buy coffee and chocolate in the shop to take home. Terrace seating .
