Although this wasn't our first trip to Cancun, it was our first stay at the Casa Magna. We received a great deal through Vacations by Marriott. Our upgraded room was a Caribbean Suite and well worth it. Emmy and Israel were excellent receptionists, and, in fact, service at this resort was exceptional throughout our five-day stay. We went for relaxation and food. Pool service was quick; food was tasty; water was wet-- just our style. Red flags up all week on the beach. Had a few glitches, but all were handled well, which is the essence of service to me. Just don't understand why some people expect so much, when Cancun is for Chillin'. Yes, prices are expensive; breakfast buffet is expensive; but you won't go wrong here at the Casa Magna.
