Probably the best fine dining option in Cancun... This small but exquisite restaurant proposes a short but succulent menu. We tasted the tarte tatin de foie gras and then the lamb rack and the salmon with goat cheese. All was perfect !! The wine suggested by Sonya was a very nice Pinot Noir from Chile which combined very well with the lamb. Just as an opportunity to improve: some additional help with the service would speed it up a little bit but it is anyway a great dining experience. Highly recommended.
