The services at front desk was great specilaly the Agent Yasmin Olivares , she was very nice , helpfull and very profecional. The housekeeping services was very poor you have to call all the time to get your room clean. The hotel was more like a timeshare owners ambiance not like a real hotel services like. You will be charge even for the coffe that you make at the room . The prices for the minibar were hight .

My favorite part was their dine out program for the all inclusive guests. I don't care too much for food on the buffet, and Krystal has a great alternative. They partner with places like Hard Rock, Planet Hollywood, Margaritaville, etc. All inclusive guests at Krystal will obtain a voucher from the desk and receive a free dinner at one of the more popular places to eat. I was able to eat at all my favorite places without wasting the money I spent on my all inclusive package.

The hotel is ok. Its in a great location near everything, clubs, restaurants etc and it is big. There is a new section and an older section. We stayed in the older section and I liked it better since it was away from the night clubs. Where we were at we couldnt hear any noise from the club since we are light sleepers. There is a strong sewer smell coming from the restroom and the area surrounding the hotel. The pool is very nice however. It is huge however there is no beach in front of the hotel you have to walk a few feet away in order to walk on the beach.

I recently got back from my stay at the Krystal and I have to say what an excellent expierence I had, the room was clean and the service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Another plus is that it right in walking distance to everything, the shops, clubs, resturants. I am planning another trip back next year at this hotel. I would defietly recomend this hotel to anyone.
