I dont know how this place can only rate at number 9. its fantastic, its literally indescribable how good it really is. i would travel all the way to cancun just to watch this show again i liked it that much.

if you go to cancun and dont see this show then i consider it a wasted journey.

i was nervous when we got there lol i was so excited! i didnt like the fact that once you get in you dont even know whats going on, there is one hall way then another one then the escalator, once in the club i thought it would be bigger tho!. but yeah dont just stand by the stairs cuz they'll tell you to move. no dance floor but if your not a sour lime like other reviewers you'll dance anywhere hahah. we booked our package with expedia saved 10 dllrs and did not wait in line. music for everyone! hot dancers hehe. i wanna go back already! oh! and if you're wearing a dress and dancing on the bar or near make sure you have cute underware one! !

My girlfriend and I went to this place since it was supposed to be a must-see in Cancun nightlife. I hesitated when they asked for me US$70 per person to get in without making the line (regular price was $60 per person ), but I ended up paying it since my girlfriend insisted to get in and it was as hot as hell outside.

Once inside, the security continuously asked us to move to another area because apparently you have to reserve every single spot in that place, I mean, we couldn't even stand anywhere!. I found another couple that was also very upset with that situation, so we decided together to talk to the "captain" of security, without any luck. We ended up standing by the entrance where some guys were cleaning the floor every two minutes therefore we have to move to leave them through. Then another guy came and asked us to move to another area, of course we didn't pay attention to him so we just stayed right there!!

And the show started. It was suppose to be kinda Cirque du Soleil? Are you serious? I've been to 5 Cirque du Soleil, saying that CocoBongo show remotely compares to Cirque is a joke!

This is how it goes, they have this huge screen behind an elevated stage where they project images. The music you listen to the whole night comes from the show, so they start with a Robbie Williams imitator and they play a video of a song in the screen. A few minutes later they project Maradona (south american soccer player) singing and some girls on the stage wearing Argentina's t-shirts, then Austin Powers imitator appears singing another song and after that they project images of Matrix (the movie) and some trapeze artists come to the stage dressing up as Neo.

Right!, unless you are very high you don't understand what's going on. You want to dance, but they keep jumping from Guns and Roses to Michael Jackson and Austin Powers every 30 seconds. Then a midget shows up in a trapeze pretending having sex with a old fat lady in another trapeze. (??????)

There you go, if you really have money to throw away and you HAVE TO see this stupid, bad-taste "club" to feel that you went to Cancun go ahead.

Otherwise use that money to buy yourself and/or your girlfriend a fine dinner, you really wont miss anything cool at all if you don't go to CocoBongo

It was the best night of the entire trip to Cancun.... so much fun and more!!!!
Everything was just perfect: great shows, incredible service and well mixed music!
it's a must do and see in Cancun! :)
I would say it's like Las Vegas shows and New Year's party in one place :)
