We spent here 2 nights in december 2012 and 1 night in january 2013. Rooms are modern, big and clean with pleasant bathroom. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Location isn't bad, 15 mins walk or 5 mins with taxi to ADO bus station. Banks and ATMs on the other side of the road.

Good choice for a first few nights after a long flight.

We have no complaints about this hotel. It was perfect for our 1 night stay over in Cancun (to sleep off the jet lag before journeying to Merida). The room was fantastic- a very good size and quiet. Bathroom was lovely. Staff were excellent. We ate in the hotel restaurant as we were too tired to venture out. The food was very nice. We cannot comment on the location as we only stayed for 1 night. The hotel was about a 5 minute taxi ride from ADO bus station.

This place is really like the pictures show. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern with nice firm mattresses. Very quite too for being on a major Avenida. Breakfast was included and more then satisfying with fruits,breads and eggs. We went to check out some hotels on the beach out of curiosity and for more then double the price you end up in a real dive with scary bathrooms and dead roaches on the floor. This place is located 15min walk away from the major bus station Ado where you can get a bus to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Chichen Itza and any many other destinations.

Arrived 01/01/2013. The rooms I had reserved were not available but I was given a third room (had two reserved) for the same price. Hotel rooms are large, and minimal. I had traveled with my family of 8 for over 10 hours and was so looking forward to some coffee. But guess what? You pay for it. There is a coffee maker, dishes etc in the room and a basket next to the sink filled with coffee and tea. The price list also is right next to the coffee maker. The breakfast the next morning was not breakfast, not even continental breakfast, unless you eat only toast, coffee and juice. Other things had to be ordered. Decent enough but small portions.
But I would say the final item that made me write this type of review compared to many others I have written, was that upon check out, we were charged 90.00 for smudges that were left on a pair of sheets. The room we were in had a fold out sofa bed for the kids, but no linens. We asked for linens and were given , three sheets. No heavy blankets. One of the sheets got makeup on it from my daughters eyes. That even happens at home. They planned on charging our family 90.00 for this replacement of this thin bare sheet. We are seasoned Mexico travelers and ABSOLUTELY we not going to pay this and told them so. They had to check with another person whom we also told we weren't going to pay. They decided that we wouldn't be charged for the smudges. It was disheartening because I have NEVER in 20 years of traveling to Mexico felt like I was being taken advantage of. We only stayed one night, and left the next day for a private home. I can only imagine what we would have been charged if we had stayed more than 9 hours and didn't speak Spanish. For this reason, I can not recommend this hotel.
