This is our second visit to Casa Panchita and it's my favorite place to stay(out of 5 different hotels). Rooms are unique, clean and full of folk art. The food is great with warm conversation around a large table. If you love folk art this is a great place to find other enthuses who can point you in the right directions. A special treat for me as a bird watcher is the availability to see a large variety of birds on the grounds and in the surrounding trees. Let's just say that the resident Barn Owl was an extra. Also Alejandro and Irma were able to connect was a excellent English speaking driver to show me birding sites.
