French based with mexican interpretation.He goes to the market each am and sets the menu based on the ingredients available. The menu was one sheet, it was hard to choose, eveything we ordered was absolutely excellent. The chef was able to come and talk to us and explain the dishes. If you want to go, you MUST phone for reserves, this is a hot restaurant. If you want to top off the evening, walk 4 blocks to Felix bar, also in Roma. Another very cool and happening spot.
