Dulce Patria is tasty, fancy and creative restaurant in a cool area in Mexico City. Chef Martha Ortiz is charming and exotic. It is for special occasions, it's a shame because it should be also a neighborhood restaurant. The food is very good, the chef is very talented. The names of the plates are complex and sometimes not easy to understand.
The ceviche with the chamoy sorbet was good. What this place needs is more ambiance, it is dry. It doesn't make it at the end, there is always something that lacks here. There is a feeling of being outside the city, in the province, but not in a good way.
