Stayed here for five nights for business nearby - so location was good for me and the shopping mall provided an alternative to eating in the hotel. Hotel is however a good 45 minute drive from downtown Mexico City. My first visit to Mexico so i am not sure what the norm is here but my first impression of this hotel was that they have different standards when it comes to cleanliness in the bathroom; initial appearances were good (no mould) but closer inspection showed the cleaning was incomplete as all the surfaces had a dull appearance as if the final step of the cleaning had not been completed. Also there was no hot water in the shower the first day - and thereafter only when the hot tap on the sink was running. That said, generally it was a clean modern hotel - that thankfully swayed when the earth moved on 21st August! eakfast was included in the price and was okay - would have been better if the grill was staffed every day. Hotel transportation seemed unorthodox - unlicensed taxis ? - but no problems with safety or cost. I would stay here again if i returned on business but that would be the only reason.
