“Acceptable location for short business trips”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 21, 2014

I found this hotel to be acceptable when I visited Mexico City, during a business trip. The room has not been as spacious as I expected, but it offered the minimum of required comfort. The place was clean and the staff was OK.
Overall, I consider that everything related to this location was acceptable.

The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent (location, location, location). The food at the restaurant is just OK, nothing fancy or special, cold coffee tho. We stayed here for one night and were not disappointed for we had a good deal booking with expedia.com.

This hotels just a couple blocks from "Paseo de la Reforma" arguably the most important street in Mexico City. From this location you can visit most attractions. We stayed 3 nights and payed around 250 USD. I was really surprised by the room. It is big, well maintained, clean and comfy. We even got complimentary parking as a birthday present for my fiancé. We booked online, last minute and had no problems at check in or out. I really enjoyed this property.

Room Tip: Room 714 is right next to the A/C unit and the lift, although once you close the door you won't...

The hotel is conveniently located a one block from the fountain of Diana Cazadora. It is a great location to walk to Zona Roza, Paseo de La Republica, Chapultepec, and many other important places in Mexico City.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made me feel like they knew me for years.
The rooms are not really big, but they are very confortable and well position. The bathrooms are small too, but with enough space.
We stayed at in the 6th level and the view of Fountain and Paseo de la Republica was really nice.
We sure will go back when visiting Zona Rosa.
I was surprised how quiet it was.

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the front of the hotel. The view after the 6 floor is very nice.

I would not want to stay here beyond a night or two. The beds are very hard and not all that comfortable. The showers are adequate, but do not provide a steady stream, surprising for better hotels in DF.

The staff are hospitable and ok to deal with. Rooms are cold and there is no heating system, only AC that I could find.

Location is good, a short walk from everything in central DF. Restaurant is fine, food it good.

We stayed there for 3 nights. One of my best friend got married in Mexico city. The wedding was held at one of the best hotels in the city, just one block away from Casa Inn. The staff is amazing, we needed to rent a tuxedo and the hotel helped us with everything!!! The food is great! best chilaquiles in the city!!!! very comfortable, great price, clean rooms, great location, nice area and safe. Definitely we will come back!!!

Room Tip: Don't miss the breakfast!!! it is great!!!

This as nice and well located 4 stars hotel in the west side of zona rosa in Mexico City. My only complaint is that this location has no swimming pool and the "gym" is just a room in a lower floor hotel room that doesn't have enough room or equipment. Front desk service is great. I must share the following experience. I had to check out temporarily as part of my tour plan to go to Acapulco. I forgot my brand new cell phone plugged in for charging. My tour guide called the hotel as soon as I noticed it. They were great at assuring the phone was there and safe. When I came back from Acapulco, I had no problem getting it back from the hotel manager!. I recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: You can get a view of the entire Paseo de la Reforma, which is a short block and a half away!.
