“I could spend a week there”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013

My only complaint was the restaurant wasn't amazing. Everything else was. We spent 5 hours there and could easily have done the same the next day.

5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013

A museum that is very beautifully designed and a joy to visit. We did not want to leave!!
We were a large group and got a guided tour.

Every exhibit had great stories!!
Highly recommended in Mexico City.

“A must see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013

The best place to learn about Mexico and pre-hispanic cultures. Dedicate at least 3h to walk by and see all the exibits.

“Plan a whole day around it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

If you're a history buff as I am, you'll be here for hours upon hours. Finally, after a third trip to the museum, I feel that I've seen almost all it has to offer. Get lost in it (or outside of it) and indulge in the diverse and rich history of the peoples of ancient and modern-day Mexico.

“Impressive and Comprehensive”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2013

Set in the midst of a huge park, you can easily spend a full day here. If you're short on time, visit the Tenochtitlan area first at the end of the main square. It has the best of the best. Be prepared to be overwhelmed at times from its sheer size.
