Awesome hotel!! Near everything!!! We had a great room, a great view and superb service; the bathroom was huge and sparkling; the bed was plush ; one of the most comfortable beds I've experienced anywhere, and I've travelled quite a bit! Staff fell over each other to wait on us! Food was delicious and serving sizes generous. The spa and excercise area looked beautiful though I did not have time to use the spa services and we got our excercise walking! Great concierge service. All in all one of the best short vacation get aways I've had and I'll certainly go back!( Soon I hope!)

I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Marquis Reforma. I had never stayed in this hotel and had hardly even heard of it, even though I lived in Mexico City for two years. It was a pleasant surprise; the staff was attentive and personable, the breakfast buffet and room service were great and the gym was very good. The concierge was very capable and made reservations, hair appointments, and arranged taxis for myself and my family. The room we stayed in was a bit small, but it had everything we needed and the bathroom was a decent size. The art deco style is unexpected in Mexico City and a nice break from the traditional colonial style or the boring business hotel atmosphere. It is also in a great location, very close to Chapultapec park, Polanco and Condesa. Overall it was a great stay!
