I stayed two nights at this nice hotel and I was very pleased: a) location: two blocks from Chapultepec park and 1/2 mile from Museo de Antropologia, both a must see in this beautiful city; Reforma, the boulevard were this hotel is located, is the main avenue, close to everything like Polanco and Zona Rosa. b) service: the concierge was one of the best I ever met. He got same day tickets for Ballet Nacional de Mexico at the gorgeous Palacio de Bellas Artes, made arrangements for a nice guide in a comfortable taxi to visit xochimilco & museums south of town, downtown and a wonderful recomendation for dinner, the great "aguila Y fuego". C) rooms: nicely appointed, great bed and very comfortable bathroom. We did not like the location on the first room and we were relocated inmediatly to a nicer floor by front desk with a phone call. d) food: great buffet breakfast with several options, including great mexican dishes. Also, nice menu for a quick dinner before going out.
I will come back to this hotel for sure.
