My friend and i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and would like to mention Eric the porter for his friendliness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Not many people can speak English in Mexico City and unfortunately we can't speak Spanish, but Eric was so helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. He was more helpful than the reception. He recommended restaurants, made reservations for us and answered any of our queries that we had. Lovely man that deserves praise. Hotel was good, no complaints although don't get a hotel taxi, it's more expensive than the street taxis. Lift was a little slow and public toilets not very clean but overall a pleasant stay.
