We stayed at the St Regis near Polanco last week and it exceeded our expectations. Customer service is bar none, our room was very spacious with included sitting area. Clean, comfortable and outfitted with wonderful amenities. Your dedicated butler is a call away. If I would have known ahead of time, I would have brought the right pair of shoes to take advantage of the complementary shine service. You must try the signature Bloody Mary at this location. It is one of the best I have had. We will definitely stay here again when in Mexico City

Room Tip: Look for good weekend packages on the St Regis site.

Last week, I spent a night at the St. Regis in Mexico City. The property, accommodations and service were top notch to say the least. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure the guests were happy and comfortable.

Room Tip: I was in a room (10th floor, I believe), which overlooked the main street. During rush hour you cou...

The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe.
The rooms are big and comfy.
I loved the bathroom, rain shower and a separate big soaking tub.

Each room has a butler, and what great service. Our butler handled all of our needs and was at our door within moments of calling. I enjoyed when he brought afternoon coffee (free) with little cookies to the room.

Restaurants at the hotel are good. Although, we enjoyed some of the spectacular restaurants close to the hotel. Amazing food! From authentic Mexican to Italian and French we loved dining in Mexico City!
I recommend researching restaurants on your own, because the concierge recommended some good places, they were not for us

The staff is helpful will take care of your every need swiftly.

My husband had meetings in the afternoon, so I went to the spa for a massage. I enjoyed it so much I stayed for a facial too. Pampering treatment they have perfected:)

Room Tip: Mornings a bit noisy with traffic, but this is a major city. Try a room on the top level.

Outstanding hotel --amazing location, superb service and out of this world food
I stayed there recently in business and it was divine -- the staff are warm and friendly and the service impeccable
Our meetings ran like clockwork and the food at our lunches was fresh and imaginative -- the bar is cozy and perfect to gather in and the heaters on the terrace make sitting outside a pleasure
Rooms are well appointed and the bathrooms enormous
Love this hotel!

St Regis Mexico is luxury all the way at a very affordable price. The rooms are beautifully appointed right down to the TV screen impregnated in the bathroom mirror! Each room has a butler service which is attentive but never intrusive. Breakfast each morning was a grand buffet with yoghurt 'desserts' in shot glasses - healthy and delicious! The location is perfect as it is an easy walk to the Archeological Museum and close enough to many restaurants and cafes.

I spent 6 nights at the St. Regis while on a business trip. The room was large and well appointed. The shower awesome, a rain shower plus regular one and a bathtup all in one room. I especially loved the little light that was in the wall of the room where the toilet was located. So great at night to have some light but not enough to distract. Breakfast was not included but each floor had Butler service and you could order coffee or tea, both in the morning and the evening. The tea always came with two cookies. The location of the hotel worked very well for our business meetings. There are lots and lots of great restaurants in the vicinity and plenty of shopping. The hotel has a great bar with balcony overlooking the street. The gym and pool area are awesome as well. There is a sauna in the locker room and two jacuzzi tubs next to the pool so I recommend bringing a bathing suit. The pool is indoors. Even though my room overlooked a construction site, there was no noise. The only negative was that we asked the concierge for a vegetarian restaurant recommendation, which we thought we received, however, when we got to the restaurant, it was not vegetarian. I only gave 4 Stars for sleep quality because the bed was a little on the soft side for me but will most likely be ok for those without back problems. Other than that, would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: I like rooms on higher floors because they have a better view.

I spent two nights at the St Regis while in Mexico City for meetings. Overall, it was a great experience. The rooms are large and well decorated. Service was incredible including the bowl of fruit and personal note from the manager. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The restaurants were good and had a nice selection. I had several business meetings (breakfast and lunch) over meals there.

My only criticism, and it is tiny, was that the room was too bright at night given all the technologies in the room. The lighting system can be controlled electronically but the blue lights from the panel kept me up all night.
