“Best in mexico city!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 11, 2013 via mobile

This is a great hotel, great rooms, very clean and everyone does their best to make you feel at home. Everyone is a great help with recommending good places to eat and nice places to see. Diana restaurant located on the third floor of the hotel is very good but a little expensive in my opinion. I did not dine in the restaurant on the first level but heard good things from other guests. I would definitely stay here again. 5 star all the way.

I recently completed a two night award stay at the St. Regis Mexico City. From walking through the front doors to stepping out of the airport transfer, my stay was absolute perfection. The modern, world class facilities are certainly backed up by the entire staff. However, I have to give recognition to the bellmen and staff of the Diana Restaurant for their especially attentive service that made this vacation so special.

Make sure to visit the 15th floor swimming pool and spas overlooking Mexico City, it's a marvelous respite from the energy and bustle of the city, given its prime location on Paseo de la Reforma.

Among the tea/coffee butler service, rain shower in the bathroom, and pampered service of the staff, I definitely didn't want to end the vacation. But the St. Regis provides an experience I cannot wait to come back to.

I work in Santa Fe, a little west of the city, and used Easter Weekend to "get away to the city with my husband." The royal treatment starts when you arrive at Reception with the Butler handing you a wet facecloth to refresh you, and then offering you a glass of Vueve Clicquot. The suite we stayed in was lovely, plenty of room, nice view of the city and mountains. The steam room within the separate rainshower in bathroom was the best right before falling asleep. Hot Stone, deep tissue massage with Alma was amazing, and I may go back next month just for that! We enjoyed our own little happy hour on the Terrace in the afternoons. Great location for seeing the sights. Great getaway weekend. Thank you!

Room Tip: Stay as high up for view, street side facing Reforma

In the past I have been a Four Seasons regular which is a beautiful hotel however for business purposes I prefer the St Regis and have infact returned many times to this hotel. The service remains consistent and of a high quality, the rooms are always sparkly clrean and my bulter always has my favourite flowers placed in the room. Business travel can be trying especially as a female but the St Regis makes sure that nothing is too much trouble. If you have time try the spa, amazing, Alejandra runs it well and Carmina is an amazing therapist...ask for her! The only negative, breakfast service was slow on the terrace, needs a little attention.

Room Tip: The higher the floor, the better, lovely views down Reforma.

Stayed at the St Regis for business, excellent 5 star in the heart of Ciudad de Mexico. Beautiful and beautifully appointed rooms , friendly staff and a trendy, hip rooftop bar/terrace.y go to when in Mexico City. Restaurant on site can be a bit pricey, for good food that is a little easier on the wallet, visit lLos Canarios at Le Marquis which is right next door

The St. Regis on Mexico is a magnificent option for the business traveler.

I've been to Mexico on business multiple times, staying at the Four Seasons, The JW Marriott and the Intercontinental. The St. Regis is definitely superior. Everything is world class, the service, the rooms and the amenities.

One of the highlights for me was the rain shower in the bathroom, just amazing! The bedding was also delicious, plush and sumptuous.

The one drawback of this hotel is the elevator system. It forces you to take two lifts to get to your room, the first takes you to the lobby (3rd floor), then you have to switch to the main lift which takes you to your floor
