This is simply a wonderful restaurant. We went for lunch at about 2pm and were lucky enough to get a table before the room filled up. The service is attentive and highly professional. We both ordered the roast suckling pig (sorry I don't remember the Spanish translation) and it was ssssoooo good. Not a dish for those on a diet or those worried about their general health but you only live once. A monster plate of pork with the crisp roasted golden skin covering the pieces. Nice sides of roasted red peppers, tasty scalloped potatoes and a mildly spiced quacamole. I am not that familiar with Spanish wines and mentioned this to the maitre'd. He promptly invited me back to the wine room and helped me select what turned out to be a very pleasant pairing for our meal. Prices not at all unreasonable for the quality of the food, the ambience of the room and the service. We will certainly be back if we return to Mexico City.
