“Have dinner and view some interesting art”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2014

Executive chef Diana Payan supervised a great menu selection for our group . Authentic Mexican dishes prepared with expertise , that met and exceeded the members of our group . From primo to dessert we were treated to flavour combinations you will remember for a while .

“Family trip to Guanajuato”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2014

Without a doubt, this was the best food we had in Mexico. I had the meatballs and my wife had the arrachera - both excellent. Wine listing is ample and includes plenty of Mexican wine - we went into "the cava" and chose our wine! Service was exceptional - owner came to the table to check in on us several times. The restaurant itself is an art gallery where paintings are shown and sold (if anyone is interested). The artist "designs" a dessert which is included on menu. We had the artist's dessert and, again, very tasty. Truly... an outstanding experience!.

“Exceptional Dining Guanajuato”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

The aesthetic here is unlike any other place in Guanajuato - contemporary but with Mexican influences. This could describe the excellent food as well. We dined here twice to see if the first time had been a fluke, the food was outstanding. We were not disappointed. Highlights include the bone marrow appetizer with caramelized onions, the beef tongue (so tender), and the churros for dessert. We asked to meet the chef and she was charming and unassuming. We look forward to coming back here year after year. Mucho exito!
