Cocina Bella is tucked away above a plazuela. Decor was nice, although somewhat misleading--toreadors in Spain. Service was excellent. We ordered cerveza and ordered right away, got the beers immediately and the meals in a reasonable amount of time. My veggie lasagne had overlooked noodles, a white sauce (not bechamel but it was still tasty)' and the noodles were not lasagne noodles but layers made up of spaghetti noodles. If the noodles hadn't been overlooked it would have been good. The spaghetti bolognese had a red tinted translucent sauce, sadly lacking tomato sauce. I won't go again.
