I've been to Rey Raya a couple of times now. The service has always been outstanding: friendly, knowledgable, helpful staf. Very interesting seafood menu. Examples include grilled octupus with hibiscus jelly, ancho chiles filled with smoked marlin and goat cheese, ceviche made with fresh fruit. All of these are delicious, as are the tuna and flounder. They also have other items that I have yet to try that sound interesting, such as the salmon po'boy and the manta ray hamburger. HIGHLY recommended.
