“Excelent Stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2013

My two kids, husband and I stated at the hotel One GDL Centro Historico for 10 nights and loved it. The hotel is located on Ave. 16 de Septiembre in front of La Plaza De Armas. We could see the Cathedral, the Degollado Theather from our balcony. The location of this hotel is wonderful. We also enjoyed the free breakfast included. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated the laundry room available in the hotel. We have stayed in other hotels in Guadalajara like Hotel de Mendoza and Morales which are great hotels, but this hotel is now our favorite and we will look no more since we will be returning.

i made a mistake with my reservation made online, which was paid upfront. The invoice said no refunds, but when I explained my situation, the people from reservations gave us a refund without a problem. The staff from this hotel is very friendly. We really had an excellent experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony on either the 5th, 6th or 7th floors. You will have great views of the...

It is a very good Hotel, totally new and the rooms very clean. It is located in the downtown of the city and this is great if you are on vacation because you can walk thru the downtown or take tour busses for the main city attractives. If you will stay at this hotel, i recommend you to ask for a room in the highest floor because there's a lot of noise in the first floors which could be unconfortable.

Great location for art, architecture etc but very few restaurants nearby, just one pharmacy, no tienditas. Apart from in rooms facing square windows dont open so very stuffy. The others noisy! Clean. Good breakfast, bus station 30 min away $120 pesos. Cheap hotel.

I just checked in to the hotel and the staff is very nice, location is privileged but it is a shame that the rooms are so dirty

I would never stay here again due to this problem

Sheets have stains on them, bathroom floor has lots of hair
