“Nice little restaurant with excellet food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2012

The place is quite small, but the meals are big, tasty and authentic. Prices are appropiate, main dishes cost around 100 pesos. Highly recommended.

“Tasty Indian food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2012

Great food, attentive service, wonderful naan! We were a large group so we got a variety of dishes. One couple wanted to get a dish not listed on the menu, and the chef was very happy to oblige. And they weren't stingy with the basmati rice, bringing extra as they saw we needed it. It really was a place to satisfy your craving for Indian food. We can't wait go back the next time we are in Guadalajara.

“Indian food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2012

Great place to satisfy your Indian food cravings in Guadalajara. Doesn't accomodate large groups very well but have done it with groups of 12-14.

“Nice little indian”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 26, 2011

There aren't many options regarding Indian restaurants in Guadalajara, that's why I was very surprised with the authenticity of this little restaurant, both the ambiance and the food take you on a private travel to India. Congrats to the owner and servers for the very good quality of the food and service.

“Nice little spot, tasty food - we will return”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2011

We wanted a break from local food, so went to try out Little India, which may be one of only 2 options for Indian food in the city. The mango lassi was tasty, although the salty lassi was not as good. The pappadums were excellent - light and not greasy. Samosas were tasty, although could probably have done without the chickpeas and sauce they serve them with on top. We also tried the butter chicken, lamb vindaloo and palak paneer, all of which were very tasty, but not completely authentic. The trick is to remind yourself there are not a lot of options for Indian food in the city. The naan is done fresh, with their own little outdoor tandoor oven, and the basmati rice was very light and fluffy. We will certainly go back - would be great to go with a few more friends to try more dishes. I'm not sure if I would recommend this for a formal business lunch unless it is a contact you know well as ambiance is a little less formal.
