“Nice, relaxing.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2012

Nice, relaxing gardens but not a big deal. However if you go, take a book or a snack, there are very pretty corners to sit in peace and read or even tables and chairs to make a small picnic.

Slightly dishevelled and cracking up at the seams, A lot more work needs to be done, although it is quaint and a feels like a forgotten garden

“Mediocre gardens, maybe better on a Sunday”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 10, 2012

The gardens were not very impressive. Although they were large, they seemed rather run-down. However, we visited on a weekday and the park was nearly empty--I believe it's free on Sundays and it may be a more interesting scene when it's crowded. There also seemed to be a nice stage in the back for concerts--seems like it would be a good venue for a show.
