“What a great little place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 28, 2014

This little gem doesn't look like much but the food and service are great. This is a family run restaurant and they are a wonderful group of people. We ate here three times in one week. The guys went fishing and caught a 32kilo dorado and took some of it here and asked them to cook it for us. When we returned they served the fish prepared seven different way along with pasta and sauce, garlic bread and vegetables. The fish was cooked perfectly and every style was delicious. This is definitely a place you'll want to eat at.

“Appearances are deceptive”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 19, 2014

From the outside this wonderful restaurant looks unappealing, even when you first sit down at the plastic tables. However the owner is a nice lady who speaks English well, She and her staff provide great service. The margaritas are strong and to die for. The food quality is excellent. Try the signature stuffed chicken dish for a treat. Wish we had found this place earlier in our 2 month stay in Zihua but there are so many places to try!

“Great Food, Nice Family!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2014

Nardos' is one of the restaurants we always go back to. The prices are moderate, and the food and service is excellent. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, you just can't beat this place! If you are planning any type of special dinner that may not be on the menu, ask Nardo or Norma and they will be very accomodating, just give them a little advance notice. If you can't decide what to order, I have always enjoyed their grilled fish.

“Delightful and Charming”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2014

We ate at Nardo's twice during our 10 day stay in Zihua. The service was friendly and the prices very reasonable. My father has gone to Zihua for the last 15 years and said that Nardo's was forced to move to a new location on Calle Adelita (a couple blocks away from their previous location) due to increased rents. The food both times was delicious. I especially appreciate the cloth napkins. (So many restaurants have the small, paper thin serviettes.) Please don't let the humble appearance deceive you. The owners are genuine and take great pride in giving you a great dining experience. We will be back next year!
