We found this place when walking the beach in old town the first night we arrived, and what a great start! Expats hang here often...which is a great sign! We struck up a quick conversation with a nice couple who were regulars and they gave us the 'inside scoop' on where to go and what to do ! Seems Langostino's is a popular hangout and I can see why. It's likely hard to keep prices down when you're located in such prime beachfront property....but somehow they do. The food is very good will also being reasonably priced. I had the fettuccini twice and it was delish! Drinks 'packed a punch' and the very friendly waiters were quick to respond to any request without hoovering too, too much. The only thing is that we were there in Sept. and like many other places they closed for a few weeks to do reno's and or to let staff vacation. Can't blame the owner for that... but what a bummer! We would have drank and snacked there daily if they had been open.
