We just spent a week at the crown paradise and loved every minute! The staff in every part of the hotel is wonderful and will help you with anything you need. They all speak some english and if they can not understand what you want they will find you someone who does. They are friendly and kind and very hardworking! Our room was pretty good, the best part was the huge bathroom with 2 closets a huge tub and the big balcony overlooking the kids pool and with a view of the ocean. The beds were good, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Our children are 3 and 5 and they had the time of their lives, the kids mini buffet and the kids drinks made them feel all grown up and they loved the kids and baby club (in the evening big kids go to the "baby" club as well, so that was nice to drop them both off and have dinner together a couple nights) and both childcare places are included, but we tipped the girls in their as well. The baby club has a totally enclosed outdoor area with a small trampoline and the kids can play in the sand, my son loved that and loved going there in general as the girls working always played games with him and he enjoyed it very much :) My daughter loved kids club, they took the kids to the kids pool during the day and tuesday and friday the kids got to do a cooking lesson in one of the fancy restaurants with a chef and get to dress the part, my daughter learned to make sushi and I got to eat it for lunch that day :) They also have a kids themed disney show one night which was by far the best show there, the others were okay too... a lot of the people in them are servers, etc through the day, like I said they are very hard working! There was also a big party for the kids one night they closed the italian restaurant and turned into a disco for the kids with pirate servers and characters like spider man, snow white, mickey mouse etc. the kids dance and they have disco lights and get a big dinner at fancy tables, that was cool too.... so much at this hotel for the kids, but still a great place to relax for adults (although I wouldn't recommend staying there if you dont have kids, but stay next door that hotel looked awesome too! and you get to use the restaurants at this one, I think.) There are little push cars u can borrow to use at the hotel and scooters too. They give you one beach towel per person and you can take them out of the hotel if you need to and exchange them as much as you want, we did every morning. The weekdays were really quiet, no problems finding chairs by the pool or at the beach. The weekend we were there was a holiday in mexcio so it was really busy, weekends are a good time to plan your tours. (we did las caletas and a tour thorough unique atv, both were great and we rented a jeep and drove to sayulita it was well worth the drive, and the PV zoo as well which was cool, you get to feed a lot of the animals and was a pretty drive out there too, about 25 mins and $15-20 each way by taxi) anyways, the hotel was great, and very clean. The best restaurant I found was the japanese, then french and italian are both really good too. The buffet food was good, different stuff every day, the mexican food was really good. The location is great too. We loved this hotel and were made to feel like family by everyone there! My husband and I got massaged at the spa and it was probably the best massage I have ever had. the lady doing it was super professional and as a stay at home mom I dont think I have been that relaxed in a long time lol! Anything you need when you are there, just ask... you won't be disappointed if you chose this hotel for your family :)
