I guess you can purchase the 5 star rating in PV because too many undeserving resorts have them. It was a nice/relaxing resort, very good for the kids, 3 & 1. The food was excellent, but there are only 2 restaurants. Ema gave me one of the best massages. The definitely try to push the timeshare too often. The city tour is a waste of time, more of a tourist trap tour. The resort restaurant to go to there is Andrea. I found the staff very accommodating. The room service menu is small but you can order items not on the menu. There is no dark beer on premises, just Modelo, Presidente, Corona Light, Bud & Bud Light. We had to have them get a wedge for the front door, so our 1 year old wouldn’t leave. Oh, and you have to use towel keys, very annoying. The all-inclusive isn’t consistent with there website; they want 2 paying people per room. Our kids were to be free, but when they found out they were only getting $$ for 1 adult per room, they tried to charge the kids as adults. We settled on charging for 1 extra adult, but then they only charged us for 2 when we arrived. It is only 50 pesos ($5) to take a cab to the airport.
