“You need to go here”

In a very neat part of town. The large flea market is across a swinging bridge over the river just a stones throw from Cafe Roma. Owners Sr Fox and wife Cheryl make this a very memorable experience. Its on the second floor over looking a street and the river. Most days up to 10 huge Iguanas can be viewed in a tree across the street.
Drinks are cold as ice and probably the least expensive of anywhere in Puerto Vallarta.
The pizza is excellent . The coconut shrimp and coconut onion rings are to die for. The shrimp are extremely fresh,, and huge. My wife could only eat two.
Staff is very attentive and friendly.
We'll be back,,

“Feels like home!”

Best time to visit is in the slow season - that way you get to know the staff and locals who frequent this charming little neighbourhood restaurant/pub.

Love the pizza and hubby is addicted to the Roma wings! The corona is always ice cold! It's great to stop in, check email and/or phone home - for free!

Make sure to stop in on one of the Karaoke nights - a great time!

“Our home away from home”

Cafe Roma is our "home" in Puerto Vallarta. We've been there more times than I can count. This past trip I got married in PV. We held our welcome dinner for all of our wedding guests at Cafe Roma. We had 43 guests of all ages and everyone had a wonderful time. Fox, Cheryl, and Juan Carlos ensured that everything went smoothly. One of our guests was celebrating a birthday, and Fox and Cheryl allowed us to bring in cake and they served it for us. The staff here is fantastic, I have never been in another restaurant where they make you feel so welcome.

The prices are also incredible! For our 43 guests, the dinner came to under $400! I was shocked. The pizzas are thin crust, and very, very yummy. My husband LOVES the chicken wings, which are very tasty (try the Roma sauce). The pasta is also delicious. Other options include calzones, pizza subs, salads, bruschetta, etc. I think we've tried almost everything on the menu, and there is nothing we don't like. We also were lucky enough to sample some new items that will soon appear on the menu that we really liked! We're looking forward to them next year. Cafe Roma also has THE coldest beer we've found. Sometimes there's chunks of ice on the side of the bottle!

Cafe Roma is always our first stop in Puerto Vallarta, our last stop, and many in between. Go, I promise you will enjoy it!

“we can't stop coming”

every time we visit pv---we have different places to go, places to see, places to eat. very rarely do we repeat--there is so much to choose from.

however every day cafe roma is open---we are there. we eat there, stop in for a drink, or even just to say hello to the "family."

today, however, was the first time we had the pleasure of helping to feed the kids from the "school of champions." they looked like they were having a great time---the same great time you will have if you stop in.
when in vallarta---don't miss it!!!! check their website for the up to date news and happenings--you won't regret it.
