I reserved the big house... 3 bedrooms very bad beds only a piece of soap in each bathroom a sawer odor in all of them... Beach is beautiful, sunset and sunrise are amazing... But personnel is the worst in the world... Security guards are very old man... They fall to sleep and there is not security at all... The maintenance guy looks like homeless and cleaning ladies are not customer service oriented... The worst part of all was that a thief broke into the house and stole our computer... This event happened between 12:00 am and 6 am when all my family was sleeping... The broke into the house from inside the hotel!!!! And when I went to report the incident... They just said "we didn't see anything!" And turn around and walked away... Computer is not the problem but a thief in the living room willing to take anything, willing to hurt every one standing on his way out... We felt very unsafe... We talked to administrator and she said "we will investigate and let you know the investigation report, we are very sorry, we will talk to our personnel" ... I have to say this is not enough... So my recommendation is DO NOT EVER EVER STAY IN LA CASA CONTENTA IT IS NOT SAFE!!!!!!!
