We've eaten at many restaurants in the Manzanillo area and have frequently been disappointed. It was recommended that we eat at Poco Pazzo and we tried it a few evenings ago. The food - Italian/Mediterranean - was excellent. There was a good wine list with choices at many different price levels. We chose a Mexican wine - Santo Tomas merlot - that was recommended by the waiter. It was less expensive than some of the other wines, but excellent. The waiter was very attentive, spoke very good English, made good recommendations for food and wine, and overall, deserved the tip that we gave hime.
We had calamari, shrimp, and fish. All were excellent. The dessert was Ferraro Rocher gelato. What a divine treat! The cost for the meal was less than what we would spend at a high end restaurant at home. Situated on the marina in Las Hadas, there is a nice ambiance. We will definintely return!
