Tony really knows how to entertain and take care of his guests regardless of whether you are seated in a both at Palladium or Mandara or at a table or bar of his new creation, Tony's Bistro. You feel like a king and eat like one too. We were there for the opening and then dined a few nights later and every time we've been it just keeps getting better -- like a great wine. Speaking of wine, the bistro has an excellent selection of moderately priced top wines, can't beat that. The best part obviously is the food, Tony has scored a top chef whose creations are works of art, with complex flavors and creative couplings that leave you more than pleasantly surprised and equally satisfied. Tony, you did it again!
