We stayed at the hotel in January 2005 and stored our money and valuables in the hotelsafe at the reception. When we checked out all 3 of us were missing money. Someone stole around 300 Euro out of the hotelsafe, even though we did not give the key to anyone nor did we leave the key unattendant.
We cannot recommend the hotel, since some of the staffmembers are thiefs.

All you can eat and drink for the price of admission!! How good does that get? The bungalow style rooms are very clean and the hotel grounds are superb!! It took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower, don't know why. All the staff was very attentive and most all spoke English. The food is served "buffet" style and the choices are good. My girlfriend and I did not have dinner there, just lunch and breakfasts. Ok so it's not "gourmet" fare, but I can tell you, it's definately not "bad" And.....it's not going to cost you $10 a plate for breakfast!! All the adult beverages are included in the price but the wine and tequila must have been made yesterday.......awful!!! The "vino tinto" was undrinkable. The beach is spotless and it was deserted on a weekend!! The pool is large and was very clean and inviting. All in all, a very wonderful time and a very inviting resort. We will make this a "return" destination for sure.

This resort was priced cheaply and the facilities were great. Beautiful grounds, beautiful pools, nice atmosphere, helpful staff and neat little rooms(seperate little villas for all). The only problems we had (and both are major),1) The food was just ok, not bad but not very good. You could eat every day but unlike other resorts, the food was not great. 2)The distance to Acapulco was far, it was an expensive and time-consuming event to go to town. I would not go back here, unless it was almost free and i spent my days in the city and only slept at the resort...if the food was better i could handle the distance problem.

This is by far the worst hotel that we have stayed in during nearly one year living in Mexico. The hotel rooms were tiny, the food was awful, and the hotel is a long distance from Acapulco. We left after two nights, switching to another hotel.
