This hotel is one of the finest properties in the region. Rooms are decorated with fine heavy tapestries and molding, decorative inlain marble in the baths and luxury appointments throughout, including paintings with ornate heavy frames, sculptures etc. The view from the hottub in the healthspa is fantastic. Make sure and order the eggs oaxaca (I think) they have black bean sauce with chipotle and are great. The service at this hotel is very good, with approx 2 staffers per guestroom. The locatation is within the tony Garza Garcia district, so you will need a car or travel by taxi. Overall the experience is hard to beat for oppulent luxury.
