Overall the experience was extremely negative. Our server seemed to only have a couple tables yet was terrible with customer service; she seemed to have a chip on her shoulder from the get go. We had only ordered a few things and she forgot most of them including my water, my salad and to inform me that the bread I had ordered my sandwich on was no longer available. When we complained to the manager, the server came over and they proceeded to have a side conversation that "neither one of them knew" the kitchen was out of the bread. Managers shouldn't make excuses for their poor servers, and servers should inform their customers the status of the ingredients or offer to substitute. The manager did take my sandwich off the bill, and only after when I ask about the type of bread on my sandwich did the server offer to replace it. I used to be in the service industry for years and know what a good server is and understand when a place is busy (it was not busy- a slow weekday afternoon) and am flexible when the kitchen is out of ingredients, but have the courtesy to be a good server, be respectful and be informative... the manager and server simply didn't care. I wouldn't dine there again because of the poor service and the overpriced entrees & drinks as well.
