We were in HI for 9 days and ate at Acquapazza 5 nights. The 1st night we ate there we took our own Mahi we had caught that day and Vernon the chef came out and asked me how we wanted it prepared. He did an Mahi fingers app for us that was out of this world. Then for our entree's he blackened the Mahi for us and it was fabulous!! It's a Italian restaurant but also has a wide variety of food to chose from with reasonable prices (compared to most restaurants on HI). It is very busy at night so would highly recommend calling ahead for reservations. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
