“The best homemade soup ever!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2013

This beach café is far more than it first appears. It is situated right next to the beach and the coast path and has a large outdoor seating area which is great in summer. The views are beautiful. The seating indoors is somewhat restricted, despite which dogs are always welcome, which is a big bonus after a cold and wet winter walk! The homemade soup is the best but the breakfast baps take some beating too. They are huge!! Open throughout the year, this is a welcome coffee and lunch stop after a long walk whatever the season.

“Extremely good value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 27, 2013

We were walking the coastal path and had intended to go to the pub for lunch where we could have paid by card. The pub was closed and we had limited cash, but we were able to have 2 toasted Panini with bacon, brie and cranberry sauce, served with a mixed salad, two cold drinks and enough change out of £15 to have ice cream to follow! Pleasant prompt service as well. The Beach cafe has a nice garden to sit in, with some views of the sea. Altogether a nice surprise!

“Great food fab location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 21, 2013 via mobile

We spent several days on the beach & would take it in turns to come up & order & bring lush food back for lunch. It was worth the wait & good service with a smile!

“Excellent value for money”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2013

We called here looking for a traditional cream tea and we were not disappointed. Two large warm scones with an extremely large portion of clotted cream and jam. My husband and son had a bacon bap at a very reasonable price with 3 rashers of good quality bacon on each. It's very hard to find quality at a reasonable price but if you are looking for a place that won't break the bank then this is it!

“The best cream tea in Cornwall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

Had a lovely cream tea with freshly baked scones plenty of jam & cream. Friendly service & the cafe was ideally placed for a tea stop after walking the coastal path to Prussia cove. Would recommend to all.
